Garbeck Whole House Fans are designed to install easily into standard ceiling joist configurations (either 16" or 24" spacing).  Foam insulating strips mounted to the underside of the fan case provide a tight, insulating seal minimizing air leakage, and vibration.  Line cords that plug into a standard wall outlet are included, and full operation is provided by a supplied wireless remote control.
